States of Play: Roleplay Reality

Exploring how the roles we play expose our true realities, this exhibition design has been captured and composed into a video game reflecting critical views on the entertainment industry. No longer understood merely as a place of escape, the game realm and the ‘real world’ have collided. The roles we play both on-and-offline reflect and shape our realities. Roleplay Reality considers how roleplay can be used as a tactic to move beyond real-world power structures.
